Tim Duncan has no interest in testing the free-agent market.
While Duncan is set to become a free agent on July 1, the San Antonio Spurs veteran told Yahoo! Sports that he plans to finish his career where it started.
"Though I shouldn't say that; I have to threaten them that I'll leave," Duncan joked. "No ... I'm not going anywhere. You can print that wherever you want to. I'm here and I'm a Spur for life."
Duncan, who was drafted No. 1 overall out of Wake Forest by the Spurs in the 1997 NBA draft, also told Yahoo! Sports that it's possible he'll play another season or two. Duncan's season continues Tuesday when the Spurs face Oklahoma City in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals.
San Antonio leads the best-of-seven series 1-0.
