Jrue Holiday scored 20 points and had six assists, while Elton Brand added 13 points and 10 rebounds and the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Boston Celtics, 82-75 on Wednesday night, to force a decisive Game 7 in Boston.
Paul Pierce had 24 points and 10 rebounds, and Kevin Garnett had 20 points and 11 boards for the Celtics.
The Sixers held a 60-56 lead into the fourth quarter and made sure there were no collapse this time around.
Evan Turner provided Philadelphia with some offensive spark, finishing with 12 points, nine rebounds and four assists. Andre Iguodala added 12 points of his own, and Lou Williams had 11 points and six assists off the Sixers bench.
After great performances in the first five games of the series, Rajon Rondo was limited to nine points on 4-of-14 from the field, but grabbed nine boards and dished out six assists.
The Celtics shot a woeful 33.3 percent from the floor and committed 16 turnovers for the game.
