The San Antonio Spurs won their seventh straight game Sunday night defeating the Cleveland Cavaliers 114-98, despite giving Tim Duncan the night off.

The Cavaliers fought hard in the first half, but the Spurs proved to be a deep team primed to make a strong run at their 5th NBA title.

Manu Ginobili led San Antonio with 20 points and three assist in just 22 minutes, while Antawn Jamison finished with 21 points for Cleveland in a losing cause.

The Spurs will have a chance to wrap up the West's number one seed, when they host the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night at the AT&T Center.
